The concept of the HR series with rear-wheel drive has been proven over the years and is characterised by its simple and robust technology.

V-belt drive
The fundamental difference compared with the hydraulically driven series is the V-belt drive for the turning roller. A V-belt drive has an efficiency loss of just 10%. Compare this with a hydraulic drive with gear pump and hydraulic motor where around half of the available power is lost.
The belts are designed for a long service life and require no maintenance if the correct tension is maintained. One major benefit is that, due to the small energy loss, an approx. 20% smaller motor can be installed.
Lower fuel consumption and even more power to the turning roller are further benefits.

Control console

A small hydraulic system with a multiple pump is mounted directly on the motor. The drive is controlled with a proportional valve on each side. When in use, the unit is driven at a slow speed, for longer distances a fast gear can be selected. The hydraulic system is designed to ensure that no unnecessary energy loss is produced.

Finest pulverisation and the best mixing ensure the required ventilation. Thanks to the specially shaped and arranged milling tools, only minimal power is required even for large stacks and heavy material. Excellent mixing effect for sludge and straw as well. Organic waste, grass and green waste are processed optimally. Milling tools are made with wear-resistant material for a long service life.

Feed screws on the left and the right ensure reliable feed from the edge zones. 

 

   


Fleece winder

Fleece winder

The fleece winding device is mounted on the frame directly at the front. The winding tube is simply placed into the holder. The fleece to be rolled up is fastened to the winding tube. A hydraulic motor rolls up the fleece during operation. An unrolling device can be installed on the back of the machine, to which a roll of fleece can be fitted. This is simply unwound during operation and the fleece is laid down again on the stack.
